We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive and in good condition.

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of the plant and packaging

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Guarantee does not cover:

• Damage from improper planting or care

• Weather-related stress after delivery

• Delayed delivery due to carrier issues

• “Cold hardy” refers to established plants grown in appropriate conditions. Cold tolerance may vary based on:

  • Plant maturity

  • Local climate

  • Soil conditions

  • Planting technique

  We recommend proper planting, mulching, and protection during extreme cold events, especially in northern climates.
